How to Prepare for your appointment:
Taking certain precautions prior to your appointment can assist with the expected side effects and downtime associated with the treatment. It can also give you the best chance for optimal results from your treatment. As a result, we recommend the following:

- You may choose to take Arnica in at least 2 days advance of your appointment to assist with bruising and swelling.
